Day 3 - Eugene, OR -> Seattle, WA

Lengthy update due later, but I just wanted you all to know that Dodger and I arrived safely yesterday and are so happy to be out of the car!! Our new (temporary) place is cute and clean with a beautiful backyard that reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. The landlady does fostering for Brittany Spaniel rescues, so there are two little girl puppies in the backyard right now to keep my boy Dodge company. Timothy and I have also successfully merged the majority of our clothes/shoes, and enjoyed our first night as a married couple *and* residents of a new state... which was capped off by both of us promptly passing out at midnight. Granted, he's been fighting a cold all week, and the drive up was exhausting for me. Maybe we're just getting old. Anyway, I am about to take Dodger over to a dog park near our temporary place on Beacon Hill... but needed a coffee fix and some internet first. You wouldn't believe it, but from my time in Santa Clara until yesterday, I could not get a decent cup of coffee to save my life. Here, good coffee abounds. Thank god! I am taking loads more pictures and will upload them tomorrow (hopefully). Miss you all!
